You can find some truly committed caning being done in schools and homes in the Far East; Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand. There was even a very pretty teenage YouTube star who did a video report on how she was caned in a private school, I think it was in Malaysia.

There are some areas here in the southern US where it's still allowed but I've never heard of one doing it.
