It feels cool out, I was a little cold when running 🏃 this morning
I went out in shorts and hoodie like the other day but I immediately thought I had best not slow to a walk as I don’t want to test my immune system.
I have likely changed my physical capabilities in living in the city for the last few years instead of being up in the mountains. 🏔 I do miss the simplicity of mountain living but I don’t know if I want to be a farmer just yet!
My grandmother in Israel 🇮🇱 has a small holding in which she grows a lot of her own vegetables and even gives some to her municipality.
