Umm...need help, ladies. Ordering stuff for gym. And the leggings sizes seem off.

The lengths are too short aren't they? Doesn't correlate with the pictures. The pictures show full length leggings, and my full leg length would be 40inches. The largest one here's far off! I don't understand....am I missing something here?
