Midnight Run

Ran a mile and a half in 13 m 30 s. Not too shabby for just getting off the couch and not running in months. I def need to keep doing it and not get lazy again



I didn't run down this unpaved trail as I'm not interested in twisting my ankle on a rock or tripping on a log and busting my shit

I’ve been trying to go on regular bike rides, even if I don’t feel like it. I always feel really pumped and accomplished afterward.
