I tripped on a rock…this is the top of my foot 😖

Sorry you got hurt😒

I fell while waking my dog in May. I thought I had broke my wrist and kneecaps. After getting x-rays found out they were fine.

Took a couple of months for the bruises and soreness to go away.

@Donewiththissite that sounds like a bad fall…I landed on sand so I’m actually fine…just skinned my foot on the rock
