When running barefoot goes wrong 😖

I feel you. I went running barefoot at the local beach *two weeks before departing* for holidays in the mountains, where you walk for the 95% of the time (tell me if I ain't dumb), and I messed up with my right calf. 😶 Thankfully in 7-10 days I was fine again, or better it was bearable.

@Elessar oh no, that sounds like something I would do lol. I once broke my toe on the very first day of a two week holiday…I couldn’t do any walking it was an absolute nightmare
