I feel hopeless

I think I'm doomed to be single for the rest of my life. None of my relationships worked. I have a hard time opening up to men. When I was 18 I met a man on EP and fell in love. Turned out he's a sociopathic narcissist who abused the shit out of me. Nobody understands me and nobody would. I'm a freak.

It's a shame that happened to you. I met a couple of horrible people on EP which left me reluctant to engage on social media. I was also lucky enough to meet some pretty cool people too.

I suspect we are all freaks in our own ways. I hope you cross paths with someone you learn to feel comfortable with. As another on here mentioned, you have lots of time. Who knows what time and experience will bring you. Maybe something and someone great. Best of luck.
