I can't believe that I ve become my worst preferred cliche, but I think I'm going to do it

@basilfawlty89 I'm afraid I cant find any other way out of this. Im tired.

@Ratatouillesque i was in a dark spot like that two years ago. Things got better. You know you're free to vent to me if you need to, old friend.

@basilfawlty89 its always venting and more venting.... I dont do anything else. I get comfort in thinking of disappearing.

@Ratatouillesque but talking to someone helps. Have you considered speaking to a therapist? Therapy really helped me.

@basilfawlty89 It only postpones...its either pschyatrists that throw some mood regulator pills at you or its never ending therapy that doesnt bring me any peace. I ve become utterly depressing, dear. Believe me. I cannot stand myself anymore.

@Ratatouillesque maybe you've been to the wrong therapists? Maybe you're surrounded by toxic people?

Let me ask you something, would you be as harsh with other people as you are to yourself?

@basilfawlty89 I ve lost myself next to all these toxic people. And i cant seem to get myself back. Right now, i dont know about harshness. Seems like its something thats needed. I cannot go on like this.

@Ratatouillesque you haven't lost yourself. You're not broken. It's okay to not be okay. You're just unwell at the moment.

You can remove toxic people from your life.

@basilfawlty89 Not when they re your immediate family + relatives, and you work with them.

@Ratatouillesque trust me when I say, if you're independent, you can cut off toxic family. You could work somewhere else.

@Ratatouillesque I don't know the situation, but there are always options. Maybe try to make a plan or brainstorm. Just remember, suicide is a permanent solution to an impermanent problem.
