Not right now, but I have found myself in that state in the past. Of course the lady in the adjacent cubical did not do anything to help me avoid becoming horny, actually she was the cause of it. I believe it started when I walked past her cube and saw her absentmindedly playing with her nipple as she was reading an email. I noticed how erect it had become as her finger slowly traced it through her top. I admit that I paused to watch, I didn't think that I had stopped that long, but apparently it was long enough for her to notice. I know that she noticed because she turned, looked down toward my crotch and smile. Although she stopped playing with it, her nipples were still erect and poking through the thin fabric of her top. I could feel my face turning red, I am sure my face was as red as I was hard, I casually smiled back and went back to my desk to let thing go back to a more neutral state, since I could not be walking around the office with a raging hard-on. I heard her laughing quietly to herself. I was finally able to get up and walk to the meeting, which I was now late for. Little did I know at the time, that this was but the beginning.

@VeronicaJane I know for a fact that she did, since it became more and more deliberate each time I walked by. For the next few days after the initial time, it was not so obvious, she would be sitting with her back to me, but as I walked by she would turn so I could see better as she played with herself, but she would continue looking toward her monitor. After that it progressed even more, and I found myself enjoying it immensely.
