What love looks like

Sometimes one doesn´t want to cook anything complicated but still feel like nibbling on something. Who would ever deny the fact that they actually like a simple hug? That´s when one should go for the high quality stuff.

Like the traditional fine Parma Ham true love is one of those products that just everybody likes to talk about and serve. Make sure though that you get the right kind of slices of ham and serve it the right way.

Remember, Parma ham is quality controlled and the only kind you can find is real Parma ham. Any other Italian ham is simply prosciutto (meaning ham in Italian). And that's now the bone of contention for some.

Never ever try to serve it ice cold, but bring it out half an hour before serving to let it share the flavour. Foreplay! Thus talk before anything goes. Yes, separate the slices before, otherwise they do tend to stick together. Awful!

A few fruits that some like with ham are apricots, pears, cooked apples, peaches. However, my own favourite is still melon. Eversince I was young I like Parma ham with melon slices. A simple meal in the summer sun. Love!
