If things get into the realm of hiding and dishonesty then i would say for sure yes. But some people like open relationships. Ibwouldnt want an open one.

I cannot see how there is such thing as an emotional affair unless it gets to the point where two people are sparking a genuine connection that leads far beyond normal bonding but just because two people are there for each other in a caring way does not make it cheating that is like saying you cheated with your eyeballs those people need to get a life

@WowwGirl exactly as long as the discussions are non-sexual and the topics being discussed are at least some things you have discussed with your partner to a certain extent other than that yes I believe talking is just talking now if it becomes an infatuation it might make you wonder if there's a bit of a foundation there but those are the only exceptions that I can see otherwise I totally concur
