I Think Refusing To Use Condoms Is Irresponsible

I did get diseases before from men who did refuse to wearing condom.
I feel it is not fair when men force woman to do sex without condom even when she ask man to use condom.
It is cause so many unwanted pregnancy and AIDS and syphilis and gonorrhea.
Men blame women for spread diseases but it all start from man who refuse to wear condom.
