How do I let it be known I want to fuck someone (who has a history of not reading signals) without actually telling them?

This is the most frustrating situation!
There are signals and sometimes I think they give me signals too but then there’s no follow through (and trust me I have gone to extreme lengths eg. underwear, suggestive messages, etc)
I think they want to fuck me but are also respectful of me (a little too much)
I want a little romance and foreplay but I don’t need 6 months worth 😂
I don’t want to just say hey fuck me either because we know that doesn’t always do the trick…🙄

@photoks I don't think you forget those kind of conversations, either there is something he is not telling you or maybe you need to take matters in hand.

Of course there is always the possibility of a physical problem like low testosterone. Believe me that makes a huge difference.
