Do you like Public displays of affection?

Today I was eating out and a young couple sitting next to me were making out .The guy opened his shirt and sitting in a vest and touching or kissing the girl here and there.The girl also enjoying every bit of that .Next they both went to the restroom and it was obvious they were making out there too.

This might be the first time when I was uncomfortable and wanted to change seats.
You can always do that in private ,why involve prying eyes of the public?

Is it wrong to react that way or am I ageing?

@bijouxbroussard Yes people elsewhere also show restraint, perhaps more so than in the US. But it seems that it is only in the US where there is such a peculiar mixture of prudery and sexual licentiousness.
