1. Unmatched expectations.

2. Unexpected changes in life: death/illness in family, personal accident/illness that makes it impossible for one party to fulfill the other party's needs.

3. Unrealistic expectations, mostly assumptions, because the conversation never came up prior to marriage/

4. Life happens: finances, job pressure, kids, friends' opinions on how you should live your life, family's opining on how you should love your life, monotony, lack of communications.
