I personally hate the look, texture or the smell of cum. I only masturbate in the shower to quickly wash that nasty stuff immediately down the drain. I wouldn't blame a woman if she didn't swallow and I wouldn't ask her to. If she swallows, fine if she doesn't that's fine too.
