I witnessed something comparable. Years ago, I was across the street from my work, at the atm. A woman, also on foot, was chasing a man on a bicycle.

Difference was, it looked like a child’s bicycle and apparently he had stiffed her on the $3 they’d agreed upon for anal sex (yes, she said it clearly but much less politely).
