I was in a long term relationship/ marriage for many years with a woman 15 years older than me. If I were to go younger at some point in the future for an actual relationship, no more than 10 years. It's really not fair to the younger person in the couple.
But, just for casual dating and sex, I wouldn't put an age limit as long as it's legal.
It really depends on the partner and their commitment to the relationship. Because generally, things do not get better with age. The things you used to could do when u were younger, you can no longer do or keep up. As long as the younger partner understands and accepts that going in, age shouldn't really be a problem.
