Not everyone has a soul mate and that's okay

We’re taught that life isn’t complete until we find “the one.” Movies, books, and even our friends and family often push the idea that there’s a perfect person out there waiting for us—a soulmate who will fill every gap in our hearts. But what if that’s not true for everyone?

Some people never find a soulmate, and not because they’re unworthy or broken. Life doesn’t guarantee us perfect matches. For some, love might come in different forms—friendships, family, passions, or even a deep relationship with oneself. There’s beauty in understanding that completeness doesn’t always come from another person.

It’s okay to carve your own path and define love and fulfillment on your own terms. Maybe your “soulmate” isn’t a single person but the connections you build with the world around you. Or maybe it’s just the peace you find in living authentically.

To anyone who feels they might not have a soulmate: You’re still whole, still worthy, and still capable of living a beautiful, meaningful life.

Merci beaucoup for taking the time to write and post these thoughtful (very) musings about soulmates and the lack thereof. 👏

Your final paragraph sums it all up quite nicely: "To anyone who feels they might not have a soulmate: You’re still whole, still worthy, and still capable of living a beautiful, meaningful life." 👏👏

It's also so good to see you posting here again after a long hiatus. 👏👏👏
