Why do men make it so obvious when they stare at a woman's body?

What do you expect from a 5´4´´ guy looking at a 6´6´´ woman?

Why should someone at your age even have to ask why ??? and i sure not all men make it so obvious, but some women sure make it hard for us not be obvious. lol
