Do men really feel a difference when you have sex with and without a condom? If so, please explain. I honestly don’t feel a difference when a man has a condom, it still feels good to me 🤷🏻‍♀

Yes, at least for me it is completely obvious. It is the skin to skin contact, imagine having a barrier, like a think layer of latex when you are trying to cuddle naked?
