You can't get over your ex , as in person .
Why ? They were apart of your life and you can't erase your life .
At times when you get over someone depending on how toxic or good the relationship was .
It depends on you . I mean don't fight against the thoughts that come in when your ex enters your head and that's the same answer for any given situation you come up with life .
It was said to me by a man who was in his 60's and he's still happy now .
Don't answer the thoughts that come in unless you want to if there good thoughts
