how to not feel jealous at those who have what i don't have

[i]i had a hard life and never had a long term girlfriend, had mental health struggles as well...so i missed out....yet i have to see men with their girlfriends, and them having fun....when i can't get that?

so how can i not feel jealous?[/i]
