He thought Flo from the Progressive Commercials is Hot

I know a guy who thinks Flo from the Progressive Insurance commercials is really hot. He won't shut up about her. He works repairing industrial sewing machines in New York. He also thinks there is a world wide conspiracy of gay guys trying to subjugate straight men in a New World Order, and that entropy doesn't exist.

The Flo thing though is too far for me. Should he seek psychiatric help? She's not all that.
