Loneliness has been on the rise again this week

And then today I learned an old crush returned to SW but has me blocked. ☹️

That may be for the best though. She already friend-zoned me before she left, so being unblocked would probably only lead to more frustration and disappointment, despite not really knowing what I'm hoping for.

Still, seeing everyone else who missed her be happy with her return makes the loneliness sting just as much extra as getting back in touch and not getting anywhere. Thankfully that feeling always passes after a while and I know appreciation for singlehood will return at some point, but for now I'm in a bit of a difficult spot.
