Why the typical modern woman requires so much male attention?

Is it because of cellphones and social media?
I got to a point where I don’t care who she’s texting or calling as long as I have time to focus on other things.
Our grandma would have alone time with their husbands mostly at bedtime. They were ok with that.
Now the modern woman is constantly calling, texting at work, planing your weekends, dayoffs and vacations etc
Just go!! Do your stuff, let me sleep in!!
Who said happiness is being in someone’s face or DM 24/7 😕????

But back then not many people cheated,society was different.
Times changed,the rules also changed. You cannot compare what dating was like then to now.

@eMortal yes. Then you found someone close to you,got married and had kids,worked and that's it.
Now you can connect with people from the other side of the world,more options,no expectations.
People move on from relationships so easily nowdays.
So maybe it's insecurity or they are madly in love.
A guy once got mad at me for texting back after 15 minutes🙄that's a bit too much for me

@eMortal One of the main reasons their relationship lasted longer was because they sorted out the problems within themselves or their close circle.But with the advent of Internet people go out post their relationship hurdles on media asking for advice.There are many creeps out there who advised wring things and influence the person leading to chaotic decisions.Also the discipline the previous generation had is slowly getting lost in name of,"my life my way stuffs".

@tamilguy The current trend in clinical psychology and social media is freedom, peace of mind, self-empowerment, running away from the narcissist 😂. Advice lean more towards cutting ties instead of working things out.
