Men look for the sexiest/most beautiful woman and women look for the richest/most committed man right?

How can you not know the answers to this at 31-35?

Men are naturally turned on and attracted when they see a potential sex partner who matches their personal taste.
But that's just first impressions.
If the man is young and not ready for the responsibilities of commitment, he will probably prefer one-night-stands or brief affairs. In that case, personality, intelligence, creativity, etc won't matter much to him. Whether or not the attractive prospect really is sexy - he won't know unless or until they get into the act. And at least 50% of that will depend on whether he's any good at it.

But the more mature a man is, the more he cares about relationship as an integral part of making love. So then, no matter how beautiful the prospect is, personality traits and compatibility become the primary deciding factor.

In general, love is a profound human need for both men and women.

Most women do care about emotional commitment right from when they are teenagers.
With some exceptions - based on personality type, oxytocin levels, and attachment style learned in early toddlerhood - most women find love is the prerequisite for a sexual relationship.
Wealth? That's going far too far. Probably many women hope a prospective partner can earn enough to live without debts or worries about bills.
If a woman wants to have a family, then she needs a partner who can contribute to the costs of shelter, education, healthcare, etc.
The more conventional and conservative a woman is, the more likely she will be to go for old-fashioned models of relationship.
But the majority of women now expect to earn their own living and not be dependant on a husband or partner in order to survive.

A 6 pack of abs, 6 figure income, 6 inches or more down south, 6 feet tall, plays an instrument, speaks a foreign language, and whatever else ridiculous shopping list standards many modern women have for men, even though that one guy these women keep trying to find barely exist, it's like 1% of men. Me, I just want a girl who's honest, feminine, sweet, loyal, shares my hobbies, and won't stab me in the back. Somehow that is deemed asking for too much in today's generation.

Definitely many don't.
In the end, for both men and women, it's personality, honesty, and kindness that attract a long term mate more than any other traits.
