Ladies, what catches your attention in men?

I'm talking about like passerbys in the street. Maybe your coworkers you see on a daily basis, those guys you see at your local gym or coffee shop. What is it that catches your attention?

Height, not too thin, smile, voice and if they seem to have a naturally dominant personality(not talking about if they use whips and that stuff people think of hearing the word dominant 😆) and aren’t cocky.
