My Songbird
It’s been quite a long time since I looked for my sweet little songbird. She’d always know where I was and she fly by looking for me; and the songs she sung made my heart soar high. She just kinda always know what I needed.
Well the air was crisp and clean this morning as the pumpkins in the patch glistened with dee. And it was then that I saw saw her…I saw her and I was gonna wave but I know she’d see me and I was so right. She’s been singing to me but I guess I was stuck in the mud but she never gave up on me. My songbird never gave up on me.
