Anyone else than me with weekend regrets?

I'm drinking now.

I know someone who used to drink almost every day of his life because he couldn't stop.
Now he is near 60 and last year had serious health problems.
He immediately stopped drinking because of fear of losing his life.

Nothing good in being drunk, I did it several times. Fuzzy head and temporary good mood.

Yeah I procrastinated too much

I don't get drunk, but there are times I have regrets I didn't get the things done I had planned to do.

every weekend. never ending cycle... XD

I'm old. I had two glasses of wine and woke up with a slight hangover. All good now though 🤘

I was stupid yesterday tried to kill myself. Ended up at the hospital
