What kind of snake is this?
Caught this little guy at work today. It was shaking its tail like it was a rattle snake but it didn’t have a rattle, and the head was round. Does anyone know what type of snake this is this? I’m in Tennessee

Looks like a baby rattler to me but I'm no herpatologist. It takes a few sheds for rattlers to develop their rattle.
