Was feeling fine this morning and then suddenly out of nowhere I got very dizzy and have been very nauseous since. Close to an hour now of dizzy spells on and off.

He could get the elders of his church to pray for him and anoint him with olive oil. He will then be good to go.
Or he could drink a mixture of camel milk and camel piss and he will be good to go.
