Useless shit from the 70's and 80's taught by teachers.

The curriculums that I was taught in schools during the 90's to the late 2000's were absolutely outdated and useless shit from the 70's and 80's. Everything that i was taught is now useless in my adult life and all the shitty teachers that I had are all dead by now lol. some of them were rotten and wanted me to fail so bad they'd teach me things that are not true such as having huge spaces in between sentence like wtf? They were usually racist boomers.

@Firegod74 we learnt about world history in Alberta a lot more than local stuff. We also learnt in school about the indians being given blankets with small pox and that the treaty's were part of a plan to eliminate them completely. Yet the same government acts surprised as these things are "discovered". Trudeau Sr was in power well residential schools were still in existence

School was not a favorite for me. I managed to do well grade wise, but the overall takeaway could have been better. And, yes, poor teachers existed. Although some may be dedicated, there exists a number of people that became teachers looking at the benefits of the job, not how doing the job fully could be of such great benefit to many.

For me as someone who graduated in 2000 the worst offender was Health/ Sex Ed. There was a massive overcompensation for ignoring the AIDS crisis in the 80s which resulted in sex ed that amounted to

I used to be so insecure when I was younger even a few years ago I still felt that way. I blame schools. Teachers constantly pressuring me to do shit I don't need now as an adult. Screaming at me as if i were in the military.
