The new Archbishop of Canterbury

Giles Coren can’t help but “cringe” when he sees the Archbishop of Canterbury Dame Sarah Mullally, who has been confirmed today, “go on and on” about “the love that we find in Jesus Christ” despite going to church himself. Personally, I must say that I agree with him and the description of his fears here are really what I fear too. The evangelical Anglicans have now clearly a champion whilst the catholic Anglicans will be staying wanting for her whole tenure because she looks and sounds very much as someone who does the talk only

What's he complaining about? A Christian talking about the essence of Christianity? This is crazy - if the Archbishop Canterbury can't talk about the Love of Christ who can? That's her job. How weird that non-Christians feel so strongly about something they don't understand.

@FreddieUK I'm sure that you actually took the time for a look at him explaining further. My bet is this: that this is now going to be the experience of everyone who disagrees inside the Church of England. In essence, I can't wait for this to pass too
