is there too much legalism in all mankind's religions?? is heaven\hell a place or internal??

The problem is not legalism.. The problem is the belief that doing the Law pays for ones place with God in Eternity..

No one enters eternity by being good.. Because only God is good..

People enter eternity with God when they are justly forgiven all the bad they have done that would disqualify them from entry into Gods perfect eternal existence..
