They don't. Muslims tend to keep their beliefs to themselves so, in general, are left to practice their religion. Christians tend to try to agressively force their beliefs onto everyone so people tend to react unfavourably.
When anyone asks a question about Islam (or any other non-christian religion) they usually receive respectful, considered rereplie. When questions are asked about christianity, the reaction tends to be hostile, accusing the questioner of "hating god" or some similar allegation.
