Religious people ( please no US atheists), can Satan be a blonde?

Satan can appear as an Angel of light.. So he can clearly appear with Blonde hair..

(2 Corinthians 11:14) "And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light."

He can dye his hair whatever color he wants.
