Satanic Temple turns table on Ohio's Christian School Program

@jshm2 Christianity was a cult before it became a religion. There's writings that say that much when paganism was the majority religion and how small of a group these Christians were until Rome and Constantine.

So Satanists can argue that in court, the line is cult and religion is a very small one with religion only having more followers and accepted as the norm. But you can legally argue for satanism being a religion since it's becoming normal.
