People who believe in the Bible, if King Herod ordered killing of babies, can he be in Heaven?

If he ended up believing Jesus and trusting in the Atonement that Jesus secured on the cross then yeah he could have been justly forgiven his sins including the killing of those innocents and could be granted eternity in paradise with the LORD Jesus...

they dont think herod was even there when jesus was born, but the pharoah in egypt, did kill all first borns when he thought a different king of the jews was being born, herod is only mentioned once in the bible in 'matthews gospel, which is suspicious
