Those who believe in a God, in the time of the dinosaurs, was there a God(please no obvious repetitive US atheists)?

Genesis 1:24 and God told the Earth to bring forth beast.......1:25 God created the beasts

The definition of a beast is a huge ferocious animal. Dinosaurs were huge and many were ferocious. So one can assume the beast were created first.
