This level of ignorance is funny

Let me be very clear,
Most( not all) of Arabs today follow a universal religion for all mankind called Islam.

In this religion unlike some Christian/Jewish beliefs , there is no Jacob vs Ishmael racist beef.


In Islam , we are required to love and respect Jacob and Ishmael equally.
In fact -by name - Jacob is mentioned more in the Quran (the holy book of Muslims ) than Ishmael .
There are more Muslim girls named sarah than hajar.
In fact as a Saudi Arabian both of my grandmothers are named Sarah and my sister’s name is Sarah.
Sarah is one of the most common names in both the Arab world and Muslim world .
In Islam we are taught that Sarah was a great woman .
Even our version of the story is that it was God who instructed Abraham to send Ishmael and hajar to the desert and not Sarah’s jealousy.

The Quran also orders us to not differentiate between his prophets :

Al-Baqarah - Verse 136

Sahih International:
Say, [O believers], "We have believed in Allāh and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants [al-Asbāṭ] and what was given to Moses and Jesus and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."



As that is something that does not benefit us and only creates division instead of focusing on worshipping the one Abrahamic God.

Muslims are not allowed to believe that Ishmael is better than Jacob or x is better than y that is in God’s knowledge only

Al-Baqarah - Verse 253

Sahih International:
“Those messengers - some of them We caused to exceed others. Among them were those to whom Allāh spoke, and He raised some of them in degree. “

In the verse above God says some prophets exceed others however that is only in God’s knowledge and due to their own pity and actions and we Muslims cannot differentiate between them .



Also I find it funny when an ignorant Christian says arabs and Jews or Jews and Muslims have been fighting all of history . Excuse me?

Historically speaking , it was mostly Christian kingdoms who persecuted the Jews and Jews sought refugee in Muslim empires and they flourished in Muslim empires . Muslim empires were far more tolerant of Jews.
That is an undeniable historical fact that only a liar denies .
If anything most of the fighting was between Christian empires and Muslims empires
There was no Jews in the story 🤣
Have we been reading different history books ?


The modern Israeli conflict is quite simple .
Bunch of foreigners arrived in historic Palestine , ethnically cleansed its people (still do ) stole their homes , lands and livelihoods
Then when resistance was formed
They shouted “oh they must hate me because of their religion not because of my barbaric actions “


There is no difference between manifest Destiney and Zionism .
The Palestinians have a right to defend against settler colonialism
And of course since majority of Palestinians follow Islam , fellow Muslims including Arabs emotionally support them as it is simple logic
Just like Christians support each other through their adversaries.


I hope people before they make loud claims about another religion , they at least bother to learn it first .
