Your theory doesn't work. Insufficient causation. Now do the hard part and find a better theory.

@hippyjoe1955 the causation is the very same properties that you assigned to a god. It is saying that nature can be understood as having the same abilities to create existence as God. There is an inherent intelligent design within Nature itself. It does not necessarily have to be explained by a god

@James25 If you can't get it started one way then it had to have started another way. Just for your information: The odds of getting all the right bits into all the right places to form one living cell by simple random accident are 1 E 42,000. the number of atoms in the known universe is 1 E 90. Do the math. Your theory simply does not work.

@hippyjoe1955 the same way that God got it started nature got it started. Whatever it is that God did to create existence nature did to create existence. It is not that God is nature it is that nature is God.

Not long ago I read an article by some atheist astrophysicists who observed that the universe seemed to have some sort of intelligence. I had to smile. The Universe is contained within Intelligence. Fred Hoyle the famous atheist looked at the universal constants and observed that their fine tuning was like someone tweaked the numbers to make them all just right. @hippyjoe1955 you are making the assumption that nature cannot do the same thing as God. Nature is super nature. Whatever causation you are assigning to God sign that very same causation to Nature. Very simple. You make the assumption that nature does not have sufficient causation. Explain how God has sufficient causation.

@hippyjoe1955 "I am" is not an explanation for his existence. It's like saying I exist because I exist. It is circular logic. I am because I am. Circular logic it does not explain how he exists. Because you do not know how it is that he exists. You only believe that he exists. So you use this logical fallacy of I am that I am.
