Can Usa have Christian blasphemy laws so peaceful religion do not abuse christians ?

It’s covered by freedom of speech. The constitution does not recognize any god or religion.
You can protest Allah, but there’s always a chance a true believer will come after you. Their laws don’t prevent it.
