The story is definitely a myth. Allegory. And a stretch of the truth.

In my opinion I feel there was a first human from the blood of Hebrews as they were called later known as Israelites. And associated with the essenes. This one was an esoteric occultist that was educated in ancient mystery school teachings from Egypt, India and Asia.

It’s very possible that this one was killed for teaching everyone that they were God also just as this one was.

If I would choose a name and gender I would say Yeshua, and a Man. But God also chooses women also. God is All in All. Masculine and feminine energy.

If anything the Spirit of Salvation( Yeshua) is in all of Us who choose it to overcome our adversity

@Heavenlywarrior
The story is definitely a myth? How do you definitely know that? Were you definitely there in the audience taking notes or something?
Adstar · 56-60, M
@swirlie He definitely was not there and He definitely does not know for sure what he is claiming to know.. And that is because his world view would definitely be smashed if he came to believe and He definitely loves his current beliefs so much that he is willing to discount anything that challenges those beliefs no matter how real it is..

@Adstar
Oh, I agree with you! Heavenlywarrior has been running on empty for a very long time now and he'll grasp at anything that he thinks is attached to something, even if it's attached to himself!
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@swirlie there was never anyone who fit the description named Jesus. That’s how i definitely know lol
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@Adstar are you willing to challenge your belief that a man named Jesus never existed according to what you were taught?
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@swirlie running in empty ? Are you serious ? You just made me laugh 😂
Adstar · 56-60, M
@Heavenlywarrior I became a Christian when i read the Bible when i was in my early 20's.. You assume way to much about people.. You assume everyone was taught about Jesus by other people.. I wonder if you ever investigated something for yourself? I wonder how much of your current beliefs where Taught to you by other people?

In the end what one embraces and what one rejects shall be the basis on which they are judged.. So if people reject the truth then they show themselves to hate the truth and love lies..
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@Adstar I’m glad you didn’t deny what I said because you know I’m right.

You may have learned about it in your 20s but you didn’t have as much access to the internet that you do now.

There’s plenty of knowledge out here revealing Truth. If you choose to keep believing in in the story you were told that’s your choice.

Just know that Ignorance is also a sin. It’s also grieving the Holy Spirit.

@Heavenlywarrior
@Adstar I’m glad you didn’t deny what I said because you know I’m right.
Don't make stupoid statements like that.. You are dead wrong.. Eternally dead wrong..

You embrace reports you want to be true on the internet.. Not because they are true but because you desire to believe them.. The ultimate truth is the same as i said in my earlier post.. You will be judged by what you embraced as the truth and what you declared to be a lie..

Yes what one believes is a choice.. A reflection of their intents, what they love.. And when one rejects the LORD Jesus they reject truth because they love lies and will be judged accordingly on the Day of Judgement..

[big](John 3:18-19) "¶ [c=BF0000]He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.[/c] {19} [c=BF0000]And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil[/c]."[/big]
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@Adstar what’s the real name of the one your talking about?
Adstar · 56-60, M
@Heavenlywarrior He has many different names and acceptable titles.. And his name is translated into different languages.. I assume you are trying to push the Hebrew roots type false doctrine that His name is only valid in it's original hebrew language.. Am i right?

He is ""God with us"" in any languages you like..
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@Adstar so Emmanuel . Not Jesus right?

@swirlie
The story is definitely a myth? How do you definitely know that? Were you definitely there in the audience taking notes or something?
The story is more BS than a myth. Who was there taking notes when there was only one or two people in the scene? And they got it verbatim! That crosses the line from being a myth to being pure BS written to fool idiots.

The real purpose of the biblical stories is to be quizzes so that the listener, or reader, can identify which of the real Ten Commandments the stories illustrate. Of course if the person doesn't now what the real Ten Commandments are he will never make the connection and remain clueless.

Once you know what the real Ten Commandments are you can easily identify which commandments the stories in the Old and New Testament is illustrating.

@Heavenlywarrior Emmanuel is the greek translation of ""God with us"" ..

@Justice4All
I assume you're referring to Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane. This is the only questionable part of the Bible in which you can ask, who was there to witness what he said? Actually, the Bible doesn't say he was alone... Or can you find the verse that says he was alone?

He was definitely not alone because his disciples were nearby.... also they could have overheard him before falling asleep... Jesus was a loud prayer according to Hebrews 5:7.
What about the story when he was in the wilderness for forty days and forty nights and got hungry and the devil offered to turn stones into bread for him?
Matthew chapter 4. Who was there to record that conversation verbatim?

BTW, that story illustrates which of the real Ten Commandments?

@Justice4All
Which of the Ten Commandments? I'm not sure. Are you wanting me to say: don't bear false witness?

He likely told his followers what happened. Back then, there was no TV or TikTok, so people relied on talking. So, I guess we can only trust what Jesus said about it.
Your question shows that you do not know anything about the biblical fairytale. The Ten Commandments story is the easiest one to understand in the Bible because all of the stories in the Old and New Testaments illustrate one or more of the real Ten Comandments; not the fake ones in Exodus chapter 20 and in Deuteronomy chapter 5.

The easiest way to understand it for yourself is really simple, if you are so inclined. Get a pen and some blank sheets of paper and start reading at Exodus chapter 19 and continue all the way to the end of Exodus chapter 34. Chapter 19 just sets the stage. As you read summarize every few verses in your own words. You will see that the commandments in Exodus chapter 20 were verbal and were not written on the stone tablets or callled the Ten Commandments . Some Bible versions do label the chapter the Ten Commandments but they are lying.

As you continue to read and take notes you will see that Moses wet up and down the mountain like a mountain goat. He did a lot of yakking and his buddies and him had a picnic with God. But all of the speeches were verbal.

You will get to Exodus 31:18 before you read about Moses getting the two stone tablets, written with the finger of God.

In Exodus chapter 32 the people start to flip out because Moses is nowhere to be seen and they need something to worship. They get Aaron to make them a golden idol. The people party because they have gotten their religious fix and God and Moses hear the noise. God wants to go on a killing spree but Moses tells him to chill and let him do it.

Moses lugs the stone tablets down the mountain, gets pissed, and throws them to the ground, breaking them. He gets his Levite goons together and they kill three thousand men (they didn't count the women and kids).

In Exodus 33 God and Moses kiss and make up. In Exodus 34 God tells Moses to chip out two new stone tablets and lug them up the mountain for do over.

The real Ten Commandments start at Exodus 34:11 and end at Exodus 34:26. The miracles are based on Exodus 34:10. So, after Moses spent another forty days and forty nights on the moutain without any food or water, he got the real Ten Commandments =Exodus 34:27-28 (NKJV) = "27 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write these words, for according to the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.” 28 So he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. [c=BF0000]And He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the [d]Ten Commandments."[/c]

You can also see Aron Ra explain it in his video =

If you read the NKJV in Exodus chapter 34, the Ten Commandments can be identified by the inclusion of the word "shall."

So, in reference to this comment = "What about the story when he was in the wilderness for forty days and forty nights and got hungry and the devil offered to turn stones into bread for him?

What about the story when he was in the wilderness for forty days and forty nights and got hungry and the devil offered to turn stones into bread for him?
Matthew chapter 4. Who was there to record that conversation verbatim?

BTW, that story illustrates which of the real Ten Commandments?"

The story seems to illustrate the 4th Commandment, Exodus 34:19-20 (NKJV) = 19 “All [c]that open the womb are Mine, and every male firstborn among your livestock, whether ox or sheep. 20 But the firstborn of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb. And if you will not redeem him, then you shall break his neck. All the firstborn of your sons you shall redeem.

[c=BF0000]“And none shall appear before Me empty-handed.[/c]"

It is essential to understand what the real Ten Commandments are or else you will never understand the stories.

@Justice4All
What else? Oh, I did forget about Jesus in Mark 10:19

You know the commandments: "Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony, do not defraud, honor your father and mother"
The Jesus character broke all of those.
