Prophet Mohammed said :

"Do not exaggerate in praising me as the Christians praised the son of Mary, for I am only a Slave. So, call me the Slave of God and His Messenger.”

Looks like he wasn't heard there for he is revered and sanctified. But then saying whatever you're saying is the word of truth (since in monotheistic ideologies god=truth) is not exactly humble. At least Jesus was reclaiming his human fallible nature.
@EarthlingWise
Actually we Muslims do not believe that Jesus was God or “claimed” to be God or son of God.
We believe he was a mighty prophet sent by God who preached to worship the one God in heaven:
Mohammed Moses etc the same.
And yes Muslims do honor the prophet of their time aka Mohammed
But we don’t rever him too much or raise him above his status or worship him in any way
As he was only the last prophet from God.

Ali 'Imran - Verse 144
{
Muḥammad is no more than a messenger; other messengers have gone before him. If he were to die or to be killed, would you regress into disbelief? Those who do so will not harm Allah whatsoever.}

Have a good day
@Islamreligion "we Muslims", can't you have your own opinions on things? You are not an echo, you have a brain of your own.
@EarthlingWise yes we Muslims believe Mohammed is the slave of God.
Literally the Quran itself says that.
All Muslims are the slaves and servants of God.
If you continue with this uncivilized attitude your comments will be deleted.
@Islamreligion The way sects work.
@EarthlingWise
Name me one Islamic sect
That do not view Mohammed as a servant of God?
All the prophets are servants of God.
Literally the Quran which all Muslims believe in state that.
He Mohammed himself with his words said that.
All Muslims invoking prophet Mohammed worship /worshipped Allah
Hence we are all the slaves and servants of Allah
I don’t see the vague point you are trying to make
@Islamreligion When everybody in a group of humans says they believe in the same thing, it means contradiction is not allowed. When what everybody believes in is nothing objective , it means this society is tyrannical.
