Yes, someone believes that there is god, someone believes there is no god. None of them really don't know if there is god or not. There is no evidence either in favor or against the existence of god. Both are believers, they believe something they don't know. One does it in positive way, other in negative way. Both are same, no one is trying to seek the truth, they end up their quest with a belief.
