The myth of unjust inheritance to women in Islam 💰👩🧑‍🦱

هي كما قال الله بالنفقة والرعاية
فكلٌ راعي ومسؤول في نواحي مختلفة
ولو كان المعنى هو التسلط والاهانه والتفضيل
لرأينا هذا في تعامل النبي مع بناته وازواجه
اعطيني مثال واحد لا اكثر على تعامل النبي بطريقة مهينة لازواجه وبناته

وهو الذي قال فيه الله
Al-Ahzab - Verse 21

لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِى رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلْيَوْمَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا

المشكلة ان لدينا عقدة عالمية
وهي ان المراة اليوم تظن انها ضحية كل شي
وهذا تأثير الاعلام ومقصدهم
وهذه مشكلة انفجرت ليس فقط عند بعض نساء المسلمين
بل في العالم اجمع
فاصبحت مشاعرنا مملوءة ب الغضب
وشعور باننا الضحية في كل شي
عاجزين على فهم وتفسير المنطق الالهي
البعيد عن هذه الافكار
الحجرية التي كان سببها حضارات الانسان حول العالم
وانا لا الوم النساء
لان النساء ظلموا في هذا الكون
لكن انا اوضح لك السبب

لا أعلم مثالاً عن سوء تعامل
النبي مع زوجاته و لكن وجود الحق باستغلال التفوق الجسدي للرجل لممارسة العنف على المرأة مذكور في القرآن الذي هو مصدر التشريع الأساسي
بل إنه يأتي بصيغة الأمر
أنا لا أحب أن تكون النساء في موقع ضعف أو أن تقمن بأداء دور الضحية و لكن حقاً هذا بالضبط ما يحدث
و ما يمكّنه وجود آية كتلك
أحياناً أفكر لماذا لم تُنسَخ هذه الآية بمعنى أن تُبدّل
مع أني لا أفهم تماماً بهذه القضية و لكن هذا هو السبيل الوحيد الذي يتراءى لي
لفهم معضلة بهذا الحجم

تعنيف المرأة حرام ولا وجود له في الاسلام
بل ان النبي طلق بعض النساء من ازواجهن الذين كانوا يقومون بتعنيفهن

ووصى بالنساء خيرا وكان افضل الناس خلقا و يزداد خلقه جمالا مع النساء
Al-Baqarah - Verse 228

وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ ٱلَّذِى عَلَيْهِنَّ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيْهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌ ۗ
فحقوقها مثل حقوقه مثلما تنص بداية الاية
والدرجة هنا هي الرعاية والحماية والنفقة والرجولة
وليس التسلط والتفضيل
بل ان جماعة العلماء نفوا وجوب الغسيل والطبخ وخدمة الزوج
لان لا اصل له في الاسلام
وليس هو واجب على المرأة فهي ليست بخادمة
لهذا انا شاركتك القناة
لان التفصيل في هذه الاية طويل

That is one of the 4 cases
Where the man inherits more.

And not because the man is better in any way
But because when the parents die
The brother is now responsible to take care of his siblings etc finically not the sister for her , her money is hers and hers only.
Moreover , he will eventually need to pay dowry when he gets married and not the sister the sister is the one who will receive dowry when she gets married.

However ,
There are cases where both inherit the same
And other cases where the woman inherits more than the man
It depends on the responsibilities and relationship to the deceased
Not the myth of gender superiority

Inheritance is a whole science in Islam

@Islamreligion I don’t know but I heard it’s haram for the parents to give the daughter the same amount in inheritance as the son. My mother is the only child of her mother but her cousins say she is not supposed to receive her all mother’s inheritance. They think her living sister should have a share of my grandmothers land which I think is totally wrong and unfair. Her sister never liked her and wasn’t very kind to her while she was living. My mother’s aunt already has her share and shouldn’t take any of my grandmothers land.

I am against cruel treatment of women children pet etc
And so is Islam.

I relate their problems to the decisions and actions of their leaders
Not to the religion of Islam.

Once again , South Africa is 80-85 Christian yet it’s the worst place on earth for women ,
Worse than Afghanistan
Can I judge Christianity based on that?

Im just saying today in 2022
The most dangerous place for women is South Africa who is majority Christian.

So relating Islam to the situation of Afghanistan is not a criteria to judge a religion (Islam)
