Apart from as another name for the Devil, or something from HP Lovecraft, has anyone ever heard of any religious/spiritual or mythological being referred to as The Old One?

@SilkandLace2 I read paranormal romance novels, and there's like 25 books in the series and they are about Greek mythology.

@melissa001 I'm a D&D nut, as well as most any vampire and undead lore I find, I used to be very Biblically sound also (though that's started lacking as you saw earlier😞) Greek and Norse mythology were favorites in middle school and high school, paranormal, fantasy etc, I'm a total nerd!!
