I Want to Be Loved

I´m aware we all do... I thought I´d be loved and cherished some 18 years ago when getting married...Not saying my husband doesn´t feel some kind of love for me but...the intimacy, the kind gestures are absent.

I can´t say he´s bad with me in other sense, but I do know I won´t be getting any kind of loving, sensual gestures from him...Just not the way he is, thinks, feels...I realized too late.

I'm assuming you've tried talking to him and he's still not making the efforts to give you what you need ?? Can't grasp what's missing for you ??

I hear you .. the emotional intimacy is as important as the physical for many ...

If there is a silver lining .. at least he still wants the sex .. many here don't get that or as much of it as they'd like ..

@4everman: I know, but to me, sex comes with caresses, kisses, etc., otherwise I feel an object...
