Would you be ok with your partner/spouse flirting with another woman/man online? What if he previously cheated on you?

When people flirt online or face to face and are already in a relationship with someone else, seems to me they are not being respectful or caring about the person they are with and that relationship.
I'd not be okay with anyone I'm with flirting with another. Flirting is not innocent. It's done for a reason.
